Harmony lost her 1st tooth!

Harmony lost her first tooth Sunday, April 30th. She was so excited to have it out. She couldn't sleep last night but we explained to her that she had to or the Tooth Fairy wouldn't come for a visit. She was so excited to find $5 under her pillow this morning! Good news for us is that it will save some money on the teeth extraction!

 

Harmony’s first dentist trip

I know, she should have gone before now.  They are so limited on dentists here.  Anyway, she has an adult tooth growing behind a baby tooth.  The tooth was starting to turn grey so we figured it would have to be extracted.  As it turns out, she has to have 4 teeth pulled.  She didn't do well in the x-rays so they deem her as "difficult" so she has to be sedated for the extractions.  My poor baby girl!  I hope she gets through it okay.  At least she'll have a visit from the tooth fairy!

 

What’s been going on with Harmony?

I have been having a somewhat difficult time with Harmony. Thankfully she is slowly showing signs of improvement. She was doing really bad for a while and getting in trouble on a daily basis either at school, daycare, home or all 3. She is such a sweet girl though and sometimes I forget that she is a little more grown up than I would like to think that she is. She finally got her T.V. back yesterday and that was a big step after the stunts that she’s been pulling. I think part of what is helping out is having a more experienced and more patient teacher. Don’t get me wrong, her regular teacher is great too! I think because she started late because of when her birthday falls, she sometimes gets discouraged and bored and that causes her to get into trouble. It’s days like that when I wish I was a stay at home mom. I can’t wait to get her out of her current daycare. I was having some fun yesterday taking pictures of my two older kiddos. Isn’t she just precious?
